 I came across this article again — “Police ask for help finding Witt witness” — and I want to zero in on the specific details it included about the man and the vehicle, because those are the pieces that still have the potential to matter. According to the article, the man investigators were trying to identify was described as being between 20 and 30 years old, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing around 180 pounds.
